Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices and product information
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to describe products accurately, including charging outputs, dimensions and compatibility. Actual charging performance depends on your charger, cable and device, as described on the relevant product pages. Product images are for illustration.
While we work to keep the site accurate, errors can occur. If we discover a material error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. See our Shipping Policy for timings and costs.
Cancellation and returns

Warranty
PackMode products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Safe use
Our products are for indoor use. Travel adapters change the plug format and do not convert voltage: check that any equipment you connect supports the local mains voltage. Follow the safety information supplied with each product and shown on its product page.
Promotions
Discount codes and promotions may have their own terms, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot always be combined with other offers.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for losses arising from use of a product contrary to its instructions or safety information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
