Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Join our newsletter to hear when international delivery becomes available.
Delivery cost
The cost that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery times
Delivery timing depends on the service used and is shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation and any available tracking details.
Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer than expected due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, email hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email hello@packmode.co.uk immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Missing or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number. See our Refund Policy for how we handle faulty or damaged items.
