Power is shared between connected devices.

Both models have UK, EU, US and AU plug formats built in. Check the socket type at your destination before travelling. Neither model converts voltage: connected mains-powered equipment must support the local supply and the adapter’s operating limits.

Yes, if your laptop supports USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charging. Use USB-C1: SLIM 70 provides up to 70W on its own, and SLIM 45 up to 45W on its own. Check your laptop manufacturer’s recommended charging power. For the full 70W from SLIM 70, use a 5A USB-C to USB-C cable rated to 100W or 240W. Power is shared when charging other devices; see the product page for the combined outputs.

Both models have two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports for connecting up to four USB devices. SLIM 70 has two plug sockets; SLIM 45 has one. Power is shared between connected devices.

Choose 1 m for everyday charging or 2 m for extra reach. Both LINE lengths are braided USB-C to USB-C cables, rated up to 240W and 5A with an E-marker.

No. The rating is the cable’s maximum supported power. Your charger and device determine the actual charging power; the cable does not force 240W into your device.

LINE has USB-C connectors at both ends. It does not plug directly into a USB-A port or a Lightning port.

Yes, with a compatible USB-C charger and device. Charging speed depends on the power and charging protocols supported by both.

PackMode offers a 30-day return period. Email hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. The Returns Policy sets out the conditions and your statutory rights.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, PackMode will arrange or cover the reasonable return cost.

We aim to process refunds within 3–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

PackMode products include a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
