How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Is delivery free?
Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a flat fee of £3.99.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet — UK only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at hello@packmode.co.uk as quickly as possible. We dispatch fast so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed — but we'll do everything we can.

Are products certified and safe?
Yes. All electrical products carry CE and UKCA certification meeting UK and European safety standards.
What warranty do products come with?
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.
Have the products actually been tested?
Yes — every product has been personally carried and used on real trips before being listed.
PACK 70 Adapter
Will it work in the country I'm travelling to?
Almost certainly yes — works in over 150 countries with interchangeable plugs for UK, EU, US, and AU sockets.
Can it charge my laptop?
Yes. The PACK 70 outputs up to 70W via USB-C Power Delivery, which covers most laptops including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro (up to 14"), Dell XPS, and similar.
Is it allowed in carry-on luggage?
Yes — no lithium battery, airline approved worldwide.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
No — we offer free returns. Email us at hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail return label within 1 business day.
How long does a refund take?
Processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

What payment methods do you accept?
