How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery timing depends on the service used and will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation and any available tracking details.
Is delivery free?
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £19.99. Orders below £19.99 have a £4.99 delivery charge.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. PackMode currently delivers within the UK only. Join the newsletter to hear when international delivery becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@packmode.co.uk as quickly as possible. We process orders promptly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment.
Products
Are PackMode products certified and safe?
PackMode electrical products are CE marked. Product-specific compliance, operating limits and safety information are listed on each product page.
What warranty do products include?
All PackMode products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Have the products been tested?
The live PackMode range is personally carried and used on real trips before being listed. Product specifications and operating limits are also shown on the relevant product pages.
PACK 70
Will PACK 70 work at my destination?
PACK 70 works in 200+ countries using its built-in UK, EU, US and AU plug formats. Check the socket type used at your destination before travelling. PACK 70 changes the plug format but does not convert voltage, so plug-powered equipment must support the local mains voltage.
Can PACK 70 charge my laptop?
PACK 70 can deliver up to 70W from its main USB-C port when used alone. This is suitable for MacBook Air and many USB-C laptops. Laptops that normally require more than 70W may charge more slowly.
Can I take PACK 70 on a plane?
PACK 70 contains no battery, so it is a charger rather than a power bank. Follow the normal baggage and safety rules set by your airline.
DUO 65
Can DUO 65 charge my laptop and phone together?
Yes. DUO 65 provides up to 65W from its main USB-C port when used alone. When both USB-C ports are used, it can provide up to 45W from the main port and up to 20W from the second port.
What is the difference between DUO 65 and PACK 70?
DUO 65 is the lighter two-device option, with two USB-C ports and built-in UK, EU, US and AU plugs. PACK 70 is designed for a larger setup, with five USB ports and three AC sockets for compatible plug-powered equipment.
CORD & LINE
What is the difference between CORD and LINE?
CORD is a 1m retractable USB-C cable designed for compact packing. LINE is a 2m braided USB-C cable with extra reach and a display showing live charging wattage. Both are USB-C to USB-C, 5A e-marked and rated up to 240W.
Do CORD and LINE work with USB-A or Lightning?
No. Both cables have USB-C connectors at each end. They do not plug directly into a USB-A charger or a device with a Lightning port.
Returns & Refunds
What is the returns policy?
PackMode offers a 30-day return period. Email hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. Full conditions are set out in the Returns Policy.
Do I have to pay return postage?
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, PackMode will arrange or cover the return.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 3–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Payments & Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may include major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Do you offer discounts?
Any current PackMode promotion will be shown on the website or at checkout. Promotions may have their own terms and cannot always be combined.
