Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your PackMode order. If you are not, you may return it under the terms below.
Your 30-day return window
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. This is more generous than the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
How to start a return
Email hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging, and in a condition that allows them to be resold. You may inspect and test an item as you would in a shop. If an item is damaged or its value is reduced through handling beyond that, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
Who pays return postage
Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving and inspecting your return, and in any event within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.
If you cancel an entire order within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate only.
Faulty items and your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item develops a fault, email hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Warranty
All PackMode products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.
