We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
30-Day Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
We offer free returns. Email us at hello@packmode.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail return label within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, contact us at hello@packmode.co.uk. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Bundles
Bundles must be returned as a complete set for a full refund. If you want to return part of a bundle, contact us and we'll work out a fair solution.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
